We're suffering as a business due to having no easy visibility on a projects tracked hours vs agreed hours.
Ie if a project is agreed to be 20 hours, and the team time track, and take 30 hours, we need visibility of that somewhere.
Ideally a custom field against a project would map that, and somewhere we could report against it.
As we've grown as a business, we really need this functionality, pretty please :)
